Polyvagal-informed Meet and Greet

One of my passions is creating community. Of course we all know we need community now more than ever. 

I know a lot of us mental health professionals that work in solo practices or small groups feel more distanced from our colleagues partially because of residual COVID experiences as well as the trending of telehealth.

I am hosting an experiential meet and greet at Harbor of Dreams Art in Stone Mountain, GA. Because I am a Chi for Two Embodiment Coach, you can experience a few of the practices. You may have heard about this new multi-generational trauma healing method that provides practices clinicians can do with their clients. There will be ample opportunity to share and listen to each other.

If you can't make it on that date, I plan to host more of these gatherings in the future so let’s stay in touch.

To make the best use of time and space capacity is limited.

There will be light refreshments. The cost is $36.
