M-Bodied® Parenting:

A Trauma-informed Somatic Coaching Group for Parents of Kids of all Ages

Chi for Two® Offers Co-Regulation Practices that Benefit the Whole Family

Chi for Two (Chi meaning energy, Two meaning relational) offers practices that are relational and developmental, one movement expression at a time, to help birth a more robust movement vocabulary and support sustainable nervous system functioning. This polyvagal-informed multi-generational trauma healing method deepens other somatic movement methods.

When parents get to experience Chi for Two practices, over time they deepen their embodied capacity to be a Circle of Support for their children throughout various stages of development.

Are you interested in receiving embodied support in an effort to become a solid Circle of Support for when your child needs to both connect and separate, to match and mismatch?

Chi for Two® Embodiment Coaches offer co-regulation practices for parents to experience and embody so they can more easily offer relational nourishment to their children.

Co-developer and Chi for Two trainer Caroline Gebhardt, LPC, RYT, RSME/T, offers an ongoing, in-person, somatic coaching group for parents in Atlanta:

M-Bodied® Parenting: A Trauma-informed Somatic Coaching Group for Parents of Kids of all Ages

In-person, Kirkwood neighborhood of Atlanta, GA.

Tuesdays 12:00-1:15pm

Ongoing, 3-month commitment, $200/month

Contact: Caroline@MBodiedCoaching.com

What’s Included:

Nervous system psycho-education  that teaches how common behaviors can be either developmentally appropriate or a trauma response. We explore the autonomic nervous system and how the parent can offer co-regulation, or the nervous system state "Play/Dance," to their child of any age.

Attachment theory concepts  that help to normalize the push-pull behaviors throughout several developmental stages. We explore attachment as a practice to help the parent repattern their own attachment needs in an effort to be the Circle of Support for their kids.

Body-based, co-regulation practices  that parents can explore to re-experience their own early developmental embodiment to help "re-parent" their own nervous system functioning as well as become better equipped to handle their own needs. Parents can take home what they learn in the group for themselves and then offer the same co-regulation practices to their children.
